U.S. Secretary of Transportation Elaine L. Chao Announces $1 Billion to Upgrade American Infrastructure

WASHINGTON – U.S. Secretary Elaine L. Chao today announced that the Trump Administration will invest $1 billion in American infrastructure through the Better Utilizing Investments to Leverage Development (BUILD) Transportation Discretionary Grants program. The funding has been awarded to 70 projects in 44 states.
