The purpose of this checklist is to assist sponsoring agencies and FTA in gathering and organizing materials for environmental analysis required under the Endangered Species Act (ESA).  Submission of the checklist by itself does not meet ESA requirements.  This checklist is intended solely for Region X use.  Please contact the FTA Region 10 office at (206) 220-7954 if you have any questions regarding this worksheet.
