The Federal Transit Administration’s (FTA) and Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) will host Performance-based Planning and Programming (PBPP) Implementation Office Hours on June 25 and 28, 2018. The goal of the training is the assist Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs), transit agencies, and state departments of transportation (DOTs) successfully transition to performance-based transportation programs. The sessions will focus primarily on the performance management (PM) components of the joint transportation planning regulations. The training will not cover program specific information (e.g. PM1, PM2, asset management).
