The purpose of the Categorical Exclusion (CE) Worksheet is to assist project sponsors (grantees) in providing sufficient documentation in compliance with FTA’s regulations implementing the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA) and other environmental laws, regulations and executive orders, as applicable.
