The CCAM Coordinated Human Service Transportation Planning Policy Statement discusses the requirement created under the Safe, Affordable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act, A Legacy for Users (SAFETEA-LU) that certain Federal grantees create a locally developed, coordinated public transit/human service plan.
