Revise the project budget if the funds have not lapsed and use remaining funds for another project that fits the "Scope" of the original grant.

• Split fund projects - Notify FTA that you intend to, for example, pay for a bus partially from one grant that has remaining money and partially from another FTA funded grant.
• Request FTA to deobligate the remaining funds and reobligate into a newer FTA grant.
