Electronic Clearing House Operation System (ECHO)
ECHO is a personal computer-based application that processes draw-down requests from and makes payments to FTA grantees. The Echo Web User Manual includes the forms to request access and how to make drawdowns for both TEAM and TrAMS Awards.
