In Phoenix, we are working to develop legislation for a Public Private Partnership (PPP), with an aim to expedite some of the transit/transportation and other infrastructure projects. I noticed that the FTA has a pilot PPP program in Houston. I would like to see the solicitation document. All I want to do is to ensure that the draft legislation includes everything that will keep us FTA compliant (lessons learned from the AZ style CM@Risk legislation!)
