Procurement System Reviews (PSRs) encourage and facilitate improved grantee procurement operations, foster the use of industry best practices, and assess the grantee’s compliance with federal procurement requirements, spelled out in the PSR Guide, and applicable statutory and administrative requirements. PSRs are designed as customer-oriented reviews that emphasize mutual respect between FTA and grantees.
