Does FTA require a prime contractor to self - perform a minimum percentage of work on a construction project? As an example, the FHWA requires that the Prime perform at least 30% of the work with his own forces.

FTA does not require a minimum self - perform percentage by the prime contractor on a construction project.  That decision is left to the discretion of the grantee.  (Posted: November, 2010)
