In this Buy America Compliance Investigation Report, FTA determined that PATH's subcontractor, ENSCO Rail Inc.'s manufacturing processes for its track inspection vehicles at its facility in Springfield, Virginia comply with FTA Buy America requirements in 49 U.S.C. 5323(j).
