2017 Before and After Study of New Starts Projects

Since the last Before and After Studies report of 2016, no additional studies have been completed by New Starts or Small Starts project sponsors. Given that the last milestone for collecting information for the studies does not occur until two years after a project has opened, it can take a number of years after a project receives a full funding grant agreement for a Before and After Study to be completed.
