The Transit Asset Management Final Rule requires FTA grant recipients to update their TAM plans at least once every four years. This Dear Colleague letter serves to remind chief executive officers and general managers of their responsibility to ensure TAM plans that were developed to comply with the original rule are updated by October 1, 2022.
