In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.), this notice announces the intention of the Information Collection Request (ICR) for extension of the currently approved information collection. The Federal Register notice with a 60- day comment period soliciting comments was published on October 15, 2003.
