Notice of availability of final circular.
FTA has placed guidance in the docket and on its Web site, in the form of a circular, to assist recipients of financial aid under the 49 U.S.C. 5337 State of Good Repair ("SGR") Grants Program. The circular provides instructions and guidance on program administration and the grant application process.
