This document shares lessons learned from TAC Agency Safety Plan (ASP) reviews. It is designed to supplement FTA’s PTASP Template for Bus Transit and PTASP Template for Bus Transit Reference Tool and provides practical considerations for States and public transportation providers as they develop their ASPs. These lessons are voluntary; States and transit providers are under no obligation to review or use them to support ASP development.
