The Stark Area Regional Transit Authority (SARTA) provided the Ohio DOT PTMS Vehicle and Equipment Condition Instructions. The SARTA Vehicle Inventory and Condition Assessment document has been appended as an example of how the vehicle condition assessment can be used. While these assessments are not required for calculating the performance measures required to be submitted to the National Transit Database, they are an example of condition assessments that could be used as the basis of performance measures within a TAM Plan.
