Three Industry Consortia in Partnership with FTA

The legislation that created FTA’s National Fuel Cell Bus Program specifies that it be conducted in partnership through three geographically diverse non-profit consortia. The three consortia are responsible for developing and managing projects and project teams. The consortia actively coordinate with one another in advancing fuel cell bus technology while competing in the development of new project proposals.
