The amounts apportioned in this notice includes funding authorized under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, enacted as the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (Pub. L. 117-58) and is based on funding made available under the Further Additional Continuing Appropriations and Other Extensions Act, 2024 (Pub. L. 118-35, Jan. 19, 2024), which provides partial-year spending authority through March 1, 2024.
