The Indianapolis Public Transportation Corporation proposes to implement Bus Rapid Transit in a 14.6-mile corridor that connects the Julia M. Carson Transit Center in downtown Indianapolis to the Major General Emmett J. Bean Federal Center in downtown Lawrence.
