The New Orleans Regional Transit Authority (NORTA) proposes to extend its existing streetcar network approximately 1.1 miles along St. Claude and Elysian Fields Avenues in the Marigny and St. Roch districts of New Orleans. The proposed project would connect the Riverfront Streetcar line to the Rampart-St. Claude streetcar line and further extend service down St. Claude Avenue to Press Street.
