The City of Baton Rouge-Parish of East Baton Rouge proposes to construct the TramLinkBR streetcar. The 3-mile long project will connect the Louisiana State Capitol complex with downtown Baton Rouge, the Old South Baton Rouge neighborhood, and the campus of Louisiana State University.
