Proposals must be submitted through the http://www.grants.gov/ website or via e-mail at fta.tribalprogram@dot.gov by June 28, 2010.

This notice announces the availability of $15,074,963 million in funding provided by the Public Transportation on Indian Reservations Program (Tribal Transit Program (TTP), a program authorized by the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users (SAFETEA-LU), Section 3013(c). This notice is a national solicitation for grant proposals and it includes the selection criteria and program eligibility information for FY 2010 projects.

A synopsis of the funding opportunity is posted in the FIND module of the government-wide electronic grants Web site at http://www.grants.gov/ as opportunity FTA-2010-008-TPM-TRTR. Applicants proposing projects for funding under TTP may apply through Grants.gov or via e-mail at fta.tribalprogram@dot.gov. FTA will announce final selections on the Web site and in the Federal Register.
