Before FTA may award federal assistance for public transportation in the form of a federal grant, cooperative agreement, loan, line of credit, or loan guarantee, certain pre-award Certifications and Assurances are required. Read each Certification and Assurance and select those that will apply to any application for which you might seek federal assistance from FTA during FY 2018.
