The Capital Metropolitan Transportation Authority (CapMetro) proposes to implement the Initial Investment of the Orange Line Light Rail Transit (LRT) Project, a 12-mile dedicated transitway from North Lamar Transit Center to Stassney Lane through downtown Austin.
