This is the Federal Transit Administration Master Agreement FTA MA(28) that applies to projects financed with federal funds after the effective date of the Master Agreement, until the Master Agreement is modified or superseded. The difference between version 28 and version 27 of the Master Agreement is the addition of Section 49, “Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Order on Requirements for Persons to Wear Masks While on Conveyances and at Transportation Hubs.”
