The Joint Explanatory Statement for the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 requested FTA to submit a report to the U.S. House and Senate Committees on Appropriations on the selection process, the status of issuance of funding opportunities, and future funding needs of the Expedited Project Delivery Pilot Program.
