The FTA Transit Economic Requirements Model (TERM Lite) is a Microsoft Access application designed to estimate an agency's transit capital investment needs over an extended time horizon. 

This TERM Lite user guide provides a step-by-step walk-through of the tool to get a new user started. Users are encouraged to test the limits of TERM Lite by performing what-if analyses beyond what is presented in this guide.
