Thank you for your response to the Federal Transit Administration's (PTA) letter and preliminary rep01t of findings of the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Compliance Review of the Maryland MTA (MTA) conducted initially from April13-16, 2009 and the on-site Follow-up Review conducted on April22, 2010. Enclosed is the final report that incorporates the Maryland MTA's official response, dated July 29,2010. As of the date of this letter, the final report became a public document and is subject to dissemination under the Freedom of Information Act of 1974.

Thank you for the cooperation that you and your staff provided during the EEO Compliance Review. We are very pleased to note that MT A took corrective actions to adequately close all of the deficiencies identified during the initial site visit.
