Re: EEO Compliance Review of Brazos Transit District- Final Report

Dear Mr. McBeth:

Thank you for your response to the Federal Transit Administration's (FT A) letter and preliminary report of findings of the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Compliance Review of the Brazos Transit District (BTD) conducted from October 19-22, 2009. Enclosed is the final report that incorporates BTD' s official response, dated February 9, 2010. As of the date of this letter, the final report became a public document and is subject to dissemination under the Freedom of Information Act of 1974.

We are very pleased to note that BTD took corrective actions to adequately close all of the deficiencies identified during the site visit, prior to the issuance of the draft report. This EEO Compliance Review is now closed. FT A will monitor the ongoing implementation of the corrective actions during BTD's next Triennial Review and through the review of EEO Program Updates.
