This guide provides vital information for potential bidders not familiar with TERM. TERM Federal is a version of TERM tailored for forecasting investment needs of the United States as a whole. It includes all agencies reporting to the NTD and is used exclusively to produce the Conditions & Performance report.

The companion platform, TERM Lite, is a tool for helping agencies plan long-term capital investment needs.
