Joe DeLorenzo, FTA's Associate Administrator for Transit Safety and Oversight & Chief Safety Officer, provided an update on FTA’s recent transit safety initiatives, including Bipartisan Infrastructure Law implementation, mental health and cybersecurity resources for the transit industry, and an update on the Transit Advisory Committee for Safety.

Dr. Melonie Barrington, FTA's Director for the Office of Safety Review, provided an update on FTA's Risked-Based Inspection initiative. 

Ray Bigg, II, FTA's Division Chief for Safety Assurance & Risk Management, provided an update on FTA's current and future safety data topics and recently published FTA research reports.
