FTA Special Directive 22-16 to the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority
FTA issued Special Directive 22-16 to require the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) to submit documentation within 60 days regarding whether and how the transit agency has assessed transit worker assault safety risk in their transit system, and whether and how the transit agency is mitigating and monitoring transit worker assault safety risk.
