The Federal Transit Administration (FTA), in partnership with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, developed the “How to Build Transit Workers’ Confidence in COVID-19 Vaccines” Guide. The guide provides six steps to building vaccine confidence among personnel, vaccine communication and confidence checklist and vaccine confidence conversation starter for transit agencies.
