OSHA Whistleblower Protection for Transit Workers Webinar

FTA and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) are hosting a webinar to support transit agencies by providing key details regarding the OSHA Whistleblower Protection Program (WPP). The WPP enforces laws that protect transit employees from retaliation. 

Presenters from OSHA will provide information on protections afforded to frontline transit workers under the OSHA WPP and OSHA WPP processes and procedures for reporting incidents, followed by a Q&A.
