The amount apportioned in this notice includes funding authorized under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, enacted as the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (Pub. L. 117-58) and is based on funding made available under the American Relief Act, 2025 (Pub. L. 118-158, Dec. 21, 2024), which provides partial-year spending authority through March 14, 2025.
