This guide was reissued on 9/14/17 to update reporting timeframes per the final TAM Rule (49 CFR part 625). Terminology and form names have been updated to match the current NTD reporting structure.  The guide defines expanded asset inventory data elements, for which NTD reporting is optional in Report Year 2017 and required beginning in Report Year 2018.
